Refund and Returns Policy

If upon receiving your order you have found that it arrived in a damaged or faulty condition or is of poor quality, we may either replace, repair or refund the item depending on the circumstance, within approximately 30 working days. 

Please note that it may not be possible to determine immediately whether goods have been damaged after arrival or what the cause of failure or defect may be. This is of importance as it determines whether the goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded, alternatively whether we are liable at all. Accordingly, we reserve the right to refer returned goods for technical assessment by the manufacturer or authorised service centre prior to deciding whether we shall repair, replace or refund, alternatively take no action, and to provide you with feedback within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods and to act accordingly.

Please let us know in writing within 48 hours of receiving the product and send the product and required accompaniments to an address which will then be provided to you via email, in order for us to decide whether we shall process your return. The product and accompaniments must be in the condition in which you received it, repacked in its original packaging and proof of purchase together with the product’s certificate of authenticity must be provided by you.
